Yes. Most of our repair work is on machines clients already own. We diagnose the actual fault first and only replace what needs replacing.
That's most of our IT support work already. We're based in Hyderabad and set up monitoring and on-call coverage so issues get handled whether they happen at noon or 2 a.m. somewhere else.
Both. Plenty of clients call us for a single repair or a one-off build. Others put us on a monthly retainer for ongoing IT and database upkeep — whichever fits how you work.
Diagnosis is usually same-day. Once we know the fault, we quote a timeline before touching anything — most repairs are done in 24-72 hours depending on parts availability.
