Common questions, answered straight

Will you repair hardware we didn't buy from you?

Yes. Most of our repair work is on machines clients already own. We diagnose the actual fault first and only replace what needs replacing.

Can you support a team spread across time zones?

That's most of our IT support work already. We're based in Hyderabad and set up monitoring and on-call coverage so issues get handled whether they happen at noon or 2 a.m. somewhere else.

Do we need an ongoing contract, or can we book one visit?

Both. Plenty of clients call us for a single repair or a one-off build. Others put us on a monthly retainer for ongoing IT and database upkeep — whichever fits how you work.

How long does a typical hardware repair take?

Diagnosis is usually same-day. Once we know the fault, we quote a timeline before touching anything — most repairs are done in 24-72 hours depending on parts availability.

Do you sign NDAs for database and IT support work?

Yes. Anyone touching your data signs an NDA, and we follow standard access and backup practices so client data stays client data.
